I settled on the Baked Cheese Dip (pg 72), and my finger may have slipped into the mix before I baked it. This is going to be so yummy tomorrow with the fancy crackers I plan to purchase on my way over.
- 1 package (250 g) plain cream cheese, softened
- 150 mL (2/3 cup) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 75 mL (1/3 cup) sour cream
- 75 mL (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) Garlic & Herb Dip Seasoning Mix
- 10 mL (2 tsp.) Sun-Dried Tomato Dip Seasoning Mix
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) Lemon Dill Dip Seasoning Mix
- Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F.
- Mix together all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour mixture into Vanilla Cream Brie & Dip Baker (or a baking dish) and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
- Serve with crackers, small slices of bread, or pita rounds.
